Shipping

All shipments Freight on Board (FOB) Selma, NC. Risk of loss is on the Purchaser during transport and shipment. Title to, and ownership of all goods passes from Seller to the Purchaser in Selma, North Carolina, and the Purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipment. By arranging for transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of Purchaser. By utilizing this service from Seller, Purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods.

The DollSuperStore.com ships orders Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays. We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

The shipping cost is determined by your total order amount, shipping method and weight of the doll.

*For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, you will be charged the maximum shipping rate.
**We reserve the right to place limitations on our shipping policy for certain overweight orders. In those cases, you will receive an e-mail requesting approval for the actual shipping cost prior to shipment.

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Two Day and One Day shipping methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The shipping cost is determined by your order amount.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.

TheDollSuperStore.com reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified via the phone number provided or email within two business days.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling our customer service representatives, Monday through Friday, at 919-965-5055. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
